She Leads is a forum enabling and empowering the women of Washington University in St. Louis to lead in the 21st century. Thought-leaders and inspirational women across various industries will speak at She Leads 2019. Changemakers and disruptors from a variety of backgrounds and industries will host workshops or curate short TED style-talks on a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration, and change – provoking conversations that matter. 

She Leads is a 2-day event curated by the Olin Fellowship, a graduate program that supports women of exceptional promise in becoming leaders in society by funding their studies. The fellowship is home to 50 remarkable scholars from an extensive range of fields, all of whom are working on solving society’s most pressing problems. 

The forum sessions, taking place October 25, 2019, will be hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in St. Louis. Over 600 alumnae and current students will gather to participate in interactive panels and sessions, network and share meals with one another. The event will culminate with keynote speaker Jill Biden.

Sheila will be participating on a panel entitled “HR Handbook: Best Practices for Company Culture” moderated by Ada Johnson. Ms. Johnson leads strategic direction and implementation of an inclusive culture at Google. Sheila will be joined by 2 other panelists:
