A Seat at the Table: Black and Latinx Women on Boards

  • Community Space 188 The Embarcadero San Francisco, California 94105 USA (map)

A 2017 McKinsey report found companies with the most ethnically and culturally diverse boards worldwide were 43% more likely to report higher profits. Wile there has been momentum especially in the last 2 years for greater gender diversity, the rate of new Black and Latinx female corporate directors has not increased quickly.

Join How Women Lead for an interactive discussion on how to change the composition of corporate America on boards and move the needle on the inclusion of Black and Latinx women on corporate boards. Hear from Black and Latinx corporate board directors on their experience in the boardroom and insights into creating more movement in the numbers.
