The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Oakland Bay Area Chapter invites you to their 22nd annul Madam C.J. Walker Awards Program and Empowerment Forum. This year’s theme is “Expanding Innovation in Our Community” and the keynote speaker is Lisa Price, founder of Carol’s Daughter.
